آینده‌نگری در توسعه مسیر شغلی و تحصیلات هوشمندانه: تحلیل نقش میانجی شخصیت آینده‌نگر (مورد مطالعه: یکی از سازمان‌های صنعتی حوزه دفاعی)

چکیده

یکی از مهمترین راهبردهای توسعه مسیر­ شغلی، ارتقا تحصیلات است. تحصیلات هوشمندانه برنامه­‌ریزی برای ارتقا شغلی از طریق ارتقا هدفمند تحصیلات می‌­باشد. داشتن چشم‌­انداز بلند­مدت و ویژگی شخصیتی آینده­‌نگر می‌­تواند در دستیابی به تحصیلات هدفمند موثر باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر آینده­‌نگری در توسعه مسیر شغلی بر تحصیلات هوشمندانه کارکنان یکی از سازمان‌­های صنعتی حوزه دفاعی با نقش میانجی شخصیت آینده‌­نگر می‌­باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه جمع­‌آوری داده‌­ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می­‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارکنان یکی از سازمان­‌های صنعتی حوزه دفاعی بوده که برمبنای نمونه‌­گیری تصادفی، 225 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. برای تجزیه­‌و­تحلیل داده­‌ها از نرم‌­افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده گردید. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌­های پرسبیترو 2015؛ تیخمیرو 2015؛ جوهر و لیو 2016 استفاده گردید که پایایی آنها به وسیله آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌­و­تحلیل داده‌­ها نشان می­‌دهد آینده‌­نگری در توسعه مسیر­ شغلی هم به صورت مستقیم و هم به صورت غیرمستقیم از طریق میانجی­گری شخصیت آینده‌­نگر بر تحصیلات هوشمندانه کارکنان تاثیر معناداری دارد. نتایج پژوهش در حوزه توسعه مسیر­شغلی نوآوری­‌هایی به همراه داشته است و به مدیران سازمان­‌های دفاعی در درک تاثیرگذاری رویکرد آینده­‌نگر در توسعه مسیر­شغلی بر تحصیلات هدفمند کارکنان با میانجی­گری شخصیت آینده‌­نگر کمک می­‌کند.

One of the most important career development strategies is to promote education. Smart education is planning for career advancement through purposeful upgrading of education. Having a long-term perspective and a proactive personality trait can be effective in achieving a smart education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of proactivity in career development on the smart education of employees of one of the industrial organizations in the field of defense with the mediating role of proactive personality. The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study was the employees of one of the industrial organizations in the field of defense and Based on random sampling, 225 of them were selected as the sample. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. Questionnaires (Presbytero 2015; Tikhmiro 2015; Ink and Liu 2016) were used to measure the research variables, the reliability of which was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results of data analysis show that proactivity in career development has a direct and indirect effect on the smart education of employees through both direct and indirect proactive personality mediation. The results of research in the field of career path development have brought innovations and help managers of companies and organizations to understand the impact of proactivity approach in career path development on smart education of employees through the mediation of proactive personality
