شناسایی عوامل کلیدی و پیشران های موثر بر توسعه تفکر انتقادی مدیران دانشگاه فرماندهی و ستاد ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی و تحلیل پیشران‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر توسعة تفکر انتقادی مدیران در دافوس آجا انجام ‌شده است.
روش: این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی با رویکرد آمیخته با طرح اکتشافی متوالی  انجام‌ شده است. برای شناسایی عوامل کلیدی و پیشران‌های مؤثر بر توسعة تفکر انتقادی متون به‌صورت نظام‌مند مرور شد، علاوه بر آن، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 19 تن از مدیران ارشد دافوس به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها با مکس‌کیودا تحلیل شد و برای اعتبار پژوهش، از ناظر بیرونی، مرور همتایان و آزمون کاپا استفاده شد که مقدار آن برابر با 0.79 به دست آمد. در بخش کمّی، پرسشنامه‌ مقایسات زوجی (ماتریس اثرات متقابل) با نرم‌افزار میک‌مک، توسط همان 19 مدیر، وزن دهی و میزان اثرگذاری و اثر‌پذیری اندازه‌گیری شد.
یافته‌ها: در بخش کیفی پیشران‌های توسعة تفکر انتقادی مدیران دافوس در چهار دستة کلی: عوامل فردی و شناختی؛ عوامل سازمانی؛ عوامل محیطی و عوامل استراتژیک شناسایی شد. در بخش کمّی  پیشران «هوشمندی و بینش انتقادی» با وزن نهایی اثرگذاری مستقیم 33.3 و اثرگذاری بالقوه 42621 در رتبة اول قرار دارد. پیشران «فرهنگ دانشگاهی» نیز با وزن نهایی اثرگذاری مستقیم 33.3 و اثرگذاری بالقوه 42576 در رتبه دوم است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که توسعة تفکر انتقادی مدیران یک فرایند پیچیده و چندوجهی است که نیازمند توجه به تعاملات پویا بین پیشران‌ها است. پژوهش حاضر با ارائة مدلی جامع‌تر و دقیق‌تر، گامی نوآورانه در تحلیل و شناسایی پیشران‌های کلیدی این فرایند برداشته است و می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت تصمیم‌گیری و عملکرد مدیران کمک کند.

توصیه‌های کلیدی برای سیاست‌گذاران دفاعی

  • توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی جامع با تمرکز بر پیشران‌های کلیدی مانند هوشمندی و بینش انتقادی، فرهنگ دانشگاهی، نظام آموزشی و سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا.
  •  ایجاد فرهنگ‌سازمانی مبتنی بر تفکر انتقادی که در آن تفکر انتقادی ارزش‌گذاری شود و مدیران به‌عنوان الگوهای تفکر انتقادی عمل کنند.
  • ایجاد همکاری بین بخش‌های مختلف دانشگاه برای هماهنگی و یکپارچگی تلاش‌ها در جهت توسعه تفکر انتقادی.
  • ارزیابی مداوم اثربخشی برنامه‌های آموزشی و مدیریتی در توسعه تفکر انتقادی.
  • تحقیقات تطبیقی توسعه تفکر انتقادی در دانشگاه‌های نظامی داخلی و خارجی
