تحلیل روندهای آینده فناوری‌های دفاعی در افق ده ساله

چکیده

تغییرات سریع فناوری‏‌ها در جهان امروز در بخش دفاعی کشورها اثرات شگرفی گذاشته است. بی تردید این اثرات نبردهای آینده را با پیچیدگی‌هایی رو به رو خواهد کرد. حفظ اقتدار دفاعی و ارتقای توانمندی‌‏های نظامی نیازمند اشراف کامل بر محیط آینده است. در واقع لازم است تا جهت‌گیری‌های آینده این فناوری‌ها را شناخت. برای درک این جهت‌گیری نیاز به تحلیل روندها است که نتیجه آن فضای آینده را ترسیم کند. این پژوهش روندهای فناوری‌های دفاعی را مورد شناسایی قرار داده است، در این رویکرد آنچه مورد اهمیت است این است که آینده مسئله مورد پژوهش دارای چه جهت‌گیری‌هایی است. لازمه شناخت این جهت‌گیری‌ها، دقت در روندهایی است که ممکن است شکل بگیرد یا رویدادهایی است که رخ خواهند داد. در این پژوهش پس بررسی اسناد و مطالعات کتابخانه‌‏ای برای شناسایی روند آینده فناوری‏‌های دفاعی از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با متخصصان حوزه دفاعی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‏ها از روش تحلیل مضمون قیاسی استفاده شده است. در مصاحبه‏‌ها 7 روند محور شناسایی و پیامدهای آن در افق ده ساله مورد ارزیابی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. این روندها عبارت اند از: توسعه سامانه‌های هوشمند (هوشمندسازی)، رشد فناوری‌های سایبری، رواج سامانه‌های بدون سرنشین و خودکارسازی، رشد روزافزون فناوری‌های فضایی، افزایش به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های همگرا، افزایش کاربرد اینترنت (اینترنت اشیاء)، رشد انرژی‌های نو.

چکیده [English]

The rapid changes in technology in the world today have had a dramatic effect on the defense sector. Undoubtedly, these effects will face future complexities. Maintaining the defensive authority and enhancing military capabilities requires a full understanding of the future environment. In fact, it is necessary to know the future orientations of these technologies. In order to understand this orientation, it is necessary to analyze the trends that draw the future atmosphere. Therefore This research has identified the trends of defense technologies. In this approach, what is important is how the future of the research subject is. It is necessary to recognize these orientations, to be precise in the processes that may take shape or events that will occur.  In this study, after reviewing documents and library studies, to identify the future trend of defense technologies, the semi-structured interview method with defense experts has been used, and for data analysis, the deductive content analysis method has been used. In the interviews, 7 trend-driven trends were identified and their consequences were evaluated over a ten-year horizon. These processes include: development of intelligent technologies (smartening), growth of cyber technologies, popularization of unmanned systems and automation, increasing growth of space technologies, increasing use of convergent technologies, increasing use of Internet (IoT), growth of new energies.
