Abstract
Objective: Presenting the model of knowledge-based joint force in the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on a forward-looking approach.
Method: This research is forward-looking and exploratory. It has defined the knowledge-based joint force and used the correlation method to determine the relationships between dimensions and components. Finally, it has reached a model based on a forward-looking approach. The temporal scope of the research is from 1403 to the future, the spatial territory is the country of Iran, and the subject territory is the army.
Findings: First, the definition of the knowledge-based joint force in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army is presented based on a forward-looking approach, then the dimensions and components of the model are explained and the relationships between the dimensions and components are determined, and finally, the model of the knowledge-based joint force in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army is presented based on a forward-looking approach.
Conclusion: The joint knowledge-based force in the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on a forward-looking approach, it is a force that consists of the main elements of two or more of the four forces of the army, the people of this force, by combining knowledge and experience, creativity and expertise and applying modern technologies, in the form of joint and complementary teams, provide unique solutions and innovations to accomplish the mission and achieve maximum organizational efficiency. The presented model has 6 dimensions and 53 components.
