The Future Studies Potential Based on Time Management and In-Service education for Army Staff of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

The ability of a time management based futures research is one of the motivating factors in the education process of in-service education for organizations such as the Islamic Republic of Iran's military. In this regard, the present study has investigated the relationship between future-time based on time management and in-service training of employees. The type of applied research is descriptive-correlation method and the statistical population of the army personnel who are responsible for the training of employees and are engaged in the activities. Data were collected using a combination of questionnaire with reliability coefficient of 0.77 and data analysis method at descriptive and inferential level using SPSS software.
The findings of the research show that the ability of a forward-thinking study based on time management in the component of conceptual understanding, 3.32, computational ability, 3.53, perspective's morale 3.44 and methodology 3.49, Also, futures are based on employee time management of 3.93, which are moderately higher. Coefficient of correlation is a combination of in-service training and conceptual understanding, computational ability, perspectives and methodology. Considering the importance of the personnel's role in the combat armament of the army and in accordance with the results of this research, it is possible to strengthen the use of the future-based ability of time-based education in the process of training in-service personnel of the army to promote the effectiveness and effectiveness of the educational objectives of the army. To improve and improve combat readiness, combat power and defense and deterrence of the army.
