Under these circumstances, "cultural defense" is not merely a confrontation with overt threats; rather, it is a strategic and future-oriented concept that, by preserving the foundations of identity and values, strengthens the capacity for meaning-making, cognitive resilience, and social hope. The present research aims to identify the dimensions and requirements of a cultural defense model based on the Second Phase of the Revolution Statement, and seeks to explain the conceptual capacity of this statement for designing a coherent and efficient model in the field of cultural defense.<br>Methods: <br>In terms of purpose, this research is applied-developmental, and in terms of nature, it is qualitative, conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through library studies, review of upstream documents, relevant theoretical sources, and conceptual content analysis of the Second Phase of the Revolution Statement.<br>Findings: The cultural defense model based on this statement can be formulated into six dimensions:1)Identity-civilizational.2)Epistemological-doctrinal. 3)Educational-generational. 4)Media-cognitive. 5)Social-popular. 6)Managerial-governance. These dimensions, in a networked connection, enable the transition from passive and purely negative approaches to an active, positive, future-oriented, and people-based approach.<br>Conclusions: Translating the macro concepts of the statement into indicators, policies, and executive mechanisms can provide a strategic foundation for redesigning the country's cultural defense system and strengthening the identity resilience of society. زمینه و هدف: در فضای تحولات شتابان فرهنگی، رسانه‌ای و شناختی، صیانت از هویت فرهنگی جوامع در برابر تعارض‌های گفتمانی و الگوهای رقیب تمدنی، به مسئله‌ای مهم در حکمرانی فرهنگی تبدیل شده است. <br>پژوهش حاضر با فرض بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب به‌مثابه سند چشم‌انداز جمهوری اسلامی ایران در افق ۱۴۳۰، با هدف تبیین چشم‌انداز دفاع فرهنگی و شناسایی ابعاد، شاخص‌ها و سناریوهای پیش‌روی آن انجام شده است.<br>روش‌ها: از نظر هدف، کاربردی ـ توسعه‌ای و از نظر ماهیت، کیفی است و با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و رویکرد تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. داده‌ها از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، بررسی اسناد بالادستی، منابع نظری مرتبط و تحلیل محتوای مفهومی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب گردآوری شده‌اند. .<br>یافته‌ها: چشم‌انداز دفاع فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را می‌توان در شش بُعد هویتی ـ تمدنی، معرفتی ـ اعتقادی، تربیتی ـ نسلی، رسانه‌ای ـ شناختی، اجتماعی ـ مردمی و مدیریتی ـ حکمرانی صورت‌بندی کرد. این ابعاد در پیوندی شبکه‌ای، گذار از رویکردهای منفعل و سلبی به رویکردی فعال، ایجابی، آینده‌نگر و مردم‌پایه را ممکن می‌سازند. همچنین برای هر یک از این ابعاد، شاخص‌های قابل پایش و سه سناریوی محتمل در افق ۱۴۳۰ قابل ارائه است.<br>نتیجه‌گیری‌ها: ترجمه مفاهیم کلان بیانیه گام دوم به شاخص‌ها، سیاست‌ها و سازوکارهای اجرایی، می‌تواند مبنایی راهبردی برای بازطراحی نظام دفاع فرهنگی کشور و تقویت تاب‌آوری هویتی جامعه فراهم کند. بر این اساس، دفاع فرهنگی آینده‌نگر مستلزم حکمرانی منسجم، روایت‌سازی مؤثر و مشارکت فعال اجتماعی در مسیر تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی است.
