Based on these, three scenarios and six strategies were formulated.<br><strong> Conclusions</strong>: The strategies corresponding to the three scenarios include implementing a systematic unified management approach to ensure the security of sports events in Iran; emphasizing the improvement of operational processes and creating robust security and police infrastructures equipped with modern technologies to reduce reliance on human intervention; establishing new regulations and oversight mechanisms for hosting sports events, facilitated through thorough police supervision and effective monitoring; enhancing coordination among responsible organizations via strengthened collaborations; and creating a dedicated command and monitoring center under police supervision to ensure a secure environment for sporting events in Iran. <strong><span lang="AR-SA">هدف</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA">هدف از این تحقیق تدوین سناریوها و راهبردهای تأمین امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی در کشور ایران است.</span><br><strong><span lang="AR-SA">روش‌ها</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA">در این پژوهش، از روش‌شناسی آمیخته در سناریونویسی (ترکیب تکنیک‌های کمی «پرسش‌نامه‌های تحلیل آثار متقاطع»،«نرم‌افزار میگ مک»و«نرم‌افزار سناریو ویزارد») در ترکیب با تکنیک‌های کیفی پنل‌های خبرگان و مصاحبه بهره‌گیری شده است.</span><br><strong><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA">پس از مقوله‌بندی گزاره‌های کلامی، ۲۲ عدم قطعیت شناسایی گردید و سپس ۷ عدم قطعیت به‌عنوان عدم قطعیت‌های کلیدی انتخاب شدند، سه سناریو و ۶ راهبردی دست آمد.</span> <br><strong><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری‌ها</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong><span lang="AR-SA">راهبردهای سه سناریو عبارت‌اند: اِعمال مدیریت واحد نظام‌مند به‌منظور تأمین امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی ج.ا.ایران با محوریت بهبود عوامل اجرایی، ایجاد زیرساخت‌های انتظامی امنیتی برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی در ج.ا.ایران به‌منظور تأمین امنیت آن‌ها</span> <span lang="AR-SA">با به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های نوین از طریق جایگزین شدن کاربر انسانی، همچنین تدوین قوانین و مقررات جدید برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی از طریق اِعمال نظارت و واپایش مفید و مؤثر از سوی پلیس، بهبود نسبی هماهنگی سازمان‌های مسئول از طریق برقراری تعاملات تنگاتنگ با آن‌ها، ایجاد مرکز فرماندهی و واپایش برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی به‌منظور تأمین امنیت این رویدادها، تحت نظارت و واپایش پلیس که تأمین‌کننده امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران هستند.</span>
