In this regard, VOSviewr software and a combination of future research methods, interviews with experts, expert panels, and RAHS observation methods were used.                                                                                              <br /><strong>Findings</strong>:<strong> </strong>Destructive trendsetters; Because neglect, hypocrisy, piousness, envy, major and minor sins, plagues, intellectual preoccupations, and other possible obstacles play a destructive role in refining the ego of a commander.<br /><strong>Conclusion</strong>:<strong> </strong>in the school of the future maker of Shahid Sayad Shirazi; In addition to divine favors; The drivers of vigilance (yaqzah), repentance, following the pure revealed Sharia, patience, satisfaction, and trust, are among the causes of the cause and the causes of the full stomach in order to reach the position of God's grace. Commanders in the future with scenarios; The religious command, the mujahidan command, the common command, and the ignorant command will face each other. <strong>هدف:</strong> سالک پس از مراتب استکمالی و اشتداد وجودی، حقیقت نفس را به علم حضوری ادراک نماید و دستیابی به سبک سلوک متألهانه عقلانیت‌گرا و بومی‌سازی آن در نیروهای مسلح مد نظر است.<br /><strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> از نظر نوع، توسعه‌ای و از منظر آینده‌پژوهی، هنجاری و از حیث روش، توصیفی و از لحاظ رویکرد، کیفی است. در پژوهش از نرم‌افزار VOSviewr و ترکیبی از روش­های آینده‌پژوهی، مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران، پنل خبرگی و روش دیدبانی RAHS استفاده شده است.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> پیشران‌های روندشکن‌ مخرب چون غفلت، ریا، ورع، حسد، معاصی کبیره و صغیره، آفت‌ها، مشغله‌های فکری و سایر موانع محتمل، نقش مخرب در تهذیب نفس یک فرمانده را ایفاء می‌کنند.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در مکتب آینده‌ساز شهید صیاد شیرازی، علاوه بر عنایات الهی، پیشران‌های انتباه (یقظه)، توبه، عمل به شریعت ناب وحیانی، صبر، رضا و توکل، در عِداد علل موجبه و علل مُعِده تامه به‌منظور نیل به مقام  فناءفی‌الله بوده و این کلان پیشران، نقش محوری و راهبردی در لقاءالله را دارد. فرماندهان آینده با یکی از چهار سناریوی محتمل مواجهه خواهند شد.  https://www.dfsr.ir/article_712782_808c17210755571065444d9d2bb71ff9.pdf
