The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), with three climate drivers, presented four possible scenarios by 2100. Each of these scenarios describes the main indicators of climate change, such as temperature and precipitation. But little research has been done about the different implications of these changes in different parts of the world. Climate change over the last 20 years in Iran has had a lot of devastating consequences. Iran is in the semi-arid belt of the world. So, in the last 20 years, there has been a drought, a crisis of microstates, migration, floods, air pollution, severe heat, extreme cold, local conflicts. It is anticipated that in the future the consequences of climate change will spread to Iran. These consequences can have different environmental, political, economic, social and military-security dimensions. We answered this question in this paper that: In the next 30 years, the consequences of climate change, What threats are there in the military arena for the Islamic Republic of Iran? By using the next wheel method and combining this method with expert panels and brainstorming, we achieved more than five possible military threats in the 30-year horizon, the most important consequences are: Border security, social security, internal chaos, foreign conflicts and imposing heavy economic costs on troops.}, keywords = {Futures studies,Futures Wheel,Climate change,Military-Security Consequences}, title_fa = {آینده‌پژوهی تهدیدهای نظامی – امنیتی ناشی از تغییر اقلیم در ایران؛ با استفاده از روش چرخ آینده}, abstract_fa = {تغییر اقلیم یکی از 15 چالش هزاره آینده جهان و یکی از 7 چالش اصلی آینده ایران است. هیات بین‌الدولی تغییر اقلیم (IPCC) با در نظر گرفتن سه پیشران اقلیمی، چهار سناریو محتمل تا سال 2100 ارائه کرده است که هر کدام از این سناریوها شاخص‌های اصلی تغییرات اقلیمی همچون دما و بارش را توصیف می‌کنند. اما در خصوص پیامدهای مختلف این تغییرات در نقاط مختلف جهان پژوهش‌های اندکی صورت گرفته است.  تغییر اقلیم در 20 سال گذشته در ایران پیامدهای مخرب بسیار زیادی به همراه داشته است. ایران با واقع شدن در کمربند نیمه خشک جهان، در دو دهه گذشته با خشکسالی، بحران ریزگردها، تشدید مهاجرت، سیل، آلودگی هوا، نشست زمین، گرمای شدید، سرمای شدید، درگیری و نزاع محلی – منطقه‌ای و ... مواجه شده است و پیش‌بینی‌های مختلف حاکی از تشدید این پیامدها در آینده است. این پیامدها می‌توانند ابعاد مختلف زیست‌محیطی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و نظامی – امنیتی داشته باشند. در این پژوهش در پاسخ به این پرسش که در 30 سال آینده، پیامدهای نظامی – امنیتی منبعث از تغییرات اقلیمی در ایران کدام‌ها هستند؟ با به‌کار گیری روش چرخ آینده و تلفیق این روش با پنل‌های خبرگی و جلسات ذهن‌انگیزی، چندین پیامد و تهدید نظامی – امنیتی در این حوزه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته است. مهمترین این پیامدها: امنیت مرزی، امنیت اجتماعی، آشوب داخلی، درگیری خارجی و تحمیل هزینه‌های سنگین اقتصادی به نیروهای نظامی است.}, keywords_fa = {آینده‌پژوهی,چرخ آینده,تغییر اقلیم,پیامدهای نظامی - امنیتی}, url = {http://www.dfsr.ir/article_30717.html}, eprint = {http://www.dfsr.ir/article_30717_c679793a1ecb6e4a8b482fed4a45b5e6.pdf} }
